Welcome to Harbor. Harbor lets you describe an idea and have AI build a website, app, or game that you can publish on the internet. By creating an account or using Harbor, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.
The short version: you own everything you make here.Your code, your apps, your content, your customers, your data. Harbor's job is to build it, host it, and get out of your way — and you can take all of it with you at any time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Harbor.
If you add team members to your workspace, they can build, edit, and publish your workspace's apps using its shared credits, and you're responsible for their activity there. Billing, the payout account, the team roster, and deleting the workspace always remain owner-only.
You own the apps, games, and sites you create on Harbor — including the code.That includes code the AI writes for you: to the fullest extent permitted by law, AI-generated code and content in your projects belongs to you, and Harbor claims no ownership of any of it. This doesn't change when you cancel, export, or leave.
One honest caveat about AI: because models can produce similar output for similar requests, other users may independently generate code or content that resembles yours, and neither of you infringes the other by that alone. Ownership of what the AI produced for you is yours; exclusivity over ideas or patterns the AI could produce for anyone is not something we (or anyone) can promise.
No lock-in, concretely:you can download your app's complete source code at any time, push it to your own GitHub repository, and export your account data — all from inside Harbor, no permission needed. What you build here runs on open web technology and works outside Harbor.
So that we can operate the service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to do the things you ask Harbor to do with your project: build it in a sandbox, store it, host and serve it at your Harbor address (a harbor.it.com subdomain or a custom domain), and — only if you choose to list it — show its name, tagline, and screenshot in the public Explore gallery. This license exists purely to run Harbor for you and ends when you delete the project or your account (allowing a short window for backups to expire).
You are responsible for what you publish. It must be lawful and must not include: phishing, scams, or fraud; malware or harmful code; content that infringes someone else's rights; sexual content involving minors; harassment or incitement of violence; or anything illegal where you or your users are. We may remove or suspend any app that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and anyone can report an app using the “Report” link shown on every published Harbor page.
If your app collects data from its own users, emails them, or charges them, youare responsible for doing that lawfully — including having a privacy notice where one is required, emailing only people who signed up through your app, and honoring their requests to delete their data. Harbor stores your app's user data on your behalf, but you decide what your app collects and what it does with it.
Building with AI uses credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy additional credit packs. Credits power the AI that builds and edits your projects. If your project uses AI features that run inside your published app (for example a chatbot or an assistant your visitors use), those AI replies also use your credits each time a visitor uses them — you can set a daily budget per app and watch usage on your Usage page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, credits and subscription fees are non-refundable; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Prices may change with notice.
If you charge your own customers (for example, pay-to-unlock or products), payments are processed by Stripe. Once you connect a Stripe account, you're paid directly through Stripe Connect and are the merchant of record for those sales — you're responsible for fulfilment, customer support, refunds to your buyers, and any taxes. Harbor may retain a platform fee as disclosed at the time.
Setting a price does not require connecting Stripe first. If a customer buys before you've connected an account, Harbor is the merchant of record for that specific sale, collects the payment on its own Stripe account, and holds your share (the price minus Harbor's fee) as an amount owed to you. That amount transfers to you automatically — in full, no extra action needed — the moment you connect Stripe. You can see anything currently held for you under Settings → Payments.
Don't abuse the platform: no attempting to break, overload, or bypass limits; no using Harbor to generate content prohibited above; no reselling Harbor's AI as a generic API; no scraping other users' data. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that do.
Generated content and estimates can be wrong or incomplete. Harbor is a tool, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing what Harbor builds before you rely on it or publish it.
To make the builder better, Harbor learns from usage in two narrow ways: generalized technical lessons distilled from resolved bug reports (never your code or content), and per-account preferences that only shape your own builds — which you can view and delete anytime under Settings → Memory. Our model providers process your prompts and code to generate responses but do not use them to train their models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Harbor and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion we remove your projects and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Harbor is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbor and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
